Here we are....officially Fall but my goodness is it slowly creeping in. Wish the weather would just give in and participate. Lots of gorg Fall clothing and accessories have hit the shelves. One of my favorite must haves for Fall is studded accents. (a la 1980's, right?) Such a cool way to add punch to an outfit and the best part it can be added for any occasion, even work attire. Here are some of my favorites.

via Zappos.com - Dirty Laundry
via Forever 21
What are some of your fall favorites of the season that you are most looking forward to? How do you express your fall style?

Missing in action
Hi, all.
Sorry to be missing in action! I have not forgotten about you or this blog, in fact, I think of it daily, I've just been a bit busy we a few life changing events. That's right, you guessed it! We are pregnant and expecting our first child! Those of you that know us, know that this has been a journey. We are thrilled to say that it is truly a miracle that God has blessed us with. Being the type A person that I am, I seriously thought that I was a bonus to be pregnant but I could keep on going with my busy schedule. Um, not so much. To be honest, the 1st trimester was a blessing in itself, teaching me how to slow down, to take it one day at a time and to enjoy every moment. Sometimes life is just a blur, flying right past us. Although we are having a blast in life and wouldn't change a thing, it just feels so good to enjoy it in strides and to be able to take it all in. I must confess, I have to find a better way to blog on my iphone using the blogger app because if you look at my Pinterest and Twitter pages, you can see I've not stopped being inspired nor dreaming of design. There is just so much design goodness out there to share!! It is so wonderful to be able to share this news with the you all! We are so excited and just found out that we will have the honor of being proud parents to a baby boy. He will be joining our little family (Maggie & Milo too) in January and there is lots to do on this kiddo's room! Thank you again for sharing in our joy and stay tuned for more updates on this prego lady and the progress of his room.
Much love,

House Proud - Update
Sorry for the delay in sharing our house proud updates. While we are working diligently on our Mission Organization at home, I've been slowly picking up accessories for the master bedroom. You can follow my ideas and inspirations via Pinterest.
Although I love the inspiration room I posted here, I've been drawn to mixed metals like gold, silver, and mercury glass.
Love this headboard from Target that I posted here, but hubby is game (and inspired) to build our own headboard. We have vaulted ceilings and he wants to go bigger/taller than what we can buy in the store for an affordable price. No words to describe my excitement - I'm a lucky girl!!
Stay tuned....more to come!
